As part of a long-term relationship with a private client in the hospitality and leisure sector, we were appointed to renovate and remodel an historic Public House and adjacent Rectory. The pub required significant structural strengthening and re-building works, whilst the Rectory was refurbished and extended.

We worked with the client’s design team to find the most sympathetic robust and cost-effective solutions. The result was one of which we are very proud, and the pub is now open to the public and very much in demand.

Our joiners shop played a key role in the overall development, constructing a new orangery attached to the Rectory and producing high quality fittings and fixtures including new bars, oak panelling, staircases and sash windows. The quality of finish throughout the developments is second to none and the local community now have access to the charming and welcoming facility.
