Dallam School

Education & Sports

Under our capital works framework with Cumbria County Council, lambert-gill were awarded re-development works at Dallam School with a total value in excess of £8 million.

Working collaboratively both with our Client’s design team and with the School’s Headteacher, we delivered a new build accommodation block, a new build classroom building and a new sports hall, gym and changing rooms, together with external amphitheatres and car parking.

lambert-gill had extensive experience of working on live school environments and using this experience were able to set up communication hierarchy and segregation methodologies to enable these major developments to be delivered with minimum impact to the school.

All three projects were procured on a guaranteed maximum price basis and all were
brought in under these figures and on time.

The expertise of your staff has contributed significantly to the development of projects and we have found you all great colleagues to work with.
